« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Failed to tell us the water was out due to utility work but came on quickly. Maintenance was fast. Peaceful during off season and middle of the week and plenty of activities. »

« Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »

« Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape! »

« Nice unit. Has been recently painted and mostly updated. Some of the furniture looked dated and the cabinets and countertops were very dated. Kitchen was sparsely stocked for cooking. We were on the 2nd floor so we had units above and below us. There was a lot of noise above, below and from the unit next to us that had an adjoining door where both units could be rented together. The unit that had an adjoining door could be heard very clearly in our unit. We tried to place a towel at the 1 inch...

« I am disabled and had a room to far from the pool & breakfast but I wanted a jet tub and for this trip that was what I enjoyed but I probably won’t pick this place again because it is just to far to walk to breakfast & pool for my liking and my capability, but a very nice place to stay if you are a healthy person and can walk to numerous things, was very clean, and staff was very pleasant, even when I walked past a lady vacuuming. She shut it off to ask if I needed any help, which was very sweet...

« Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful »

« The property and room were nice. The room was warmer than I like when sleeping and you are unable to set the thermostat on your chosen temperature. The sales pitch and attempt to get you to participate in the video and survey are over the top and uncomfortable. Adults should not be trying to get other adults to high five for no real reason. The sales people should really read their clientele better. Overall it was a good stay. »

« This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. When I checked in, the woman at the desk told me I was in the second building like I was being sent to the dungeon by the way she said it. I asked if it there was a problem with it and she realized how it came off and assured me it was fine, even preferred, just that I'd have to come to the main building for breakfasts. Then I got to the room. The shower had a leak that was spraying out from the showerhead. The AC was very loud. I think it needed...
