« Warning Branson Visitors, Do Not Stay at this Hotel. Found lot of dead bugs(small roaches and flys) and toenails behind and around the night stand and bed. Room also felt damp and it was very dry outside at the time. Bathtubs was dirty and stained with dark rings. My wife went down to the front desk and asked for refund and staff agreed to refund. Called Expedia and told them about the room and issues, Expedia called the hotel, with no answer. Expedia followed up but property would never...

« Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« The room was nice but the bathroom vanity door was about to lose a hinge and the toilet had some calcium streaks in it. The worst thing was it was on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order . We told them we needed no stairs due to physical limitations but they didn't tell us about the elevator being broken so with great difficulty we dragged our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. »

« There are 2 comfort Inns in Branson. I was booked at Thousand Hills but mapped to Branson Meadows....this is confusing. I wanted Branson Meadows...I stayed at Branson Meadows...I did NOT stay in Branson thousand Hills. »

« I really wanted to give this place the 5th star, but I dropped one due to a few things. The good: hotel was clean, safe, quiet, located in a centralized place in town close to plenty of attractions and food. The water pressure in the shower was good (I swear half the hotels these days don't have good pressure) and endless hot water. The room was spacious, but I would have given up some of the room for a little bit bigger bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pools were open and...

« Definitely family friendly. The karaoke was fun to listen to. The bar staff was very friendly. The house was nicely decorated and clean. We did have a couple issues. The front door had a slight gap next to the frame and ants got in. The balcony had ants all over it as well. The pool wasn’t the best experience as it had a smell to it that you would smell at a zoo. »
